Wisdom of the Heart

An evening devoted to softening into the intelligence of the heart. When we share from the overflow of the heart space, what we offer returns to us in full bloom, deepening our connection to self and Spirit.

We’ll begin with a gentle call and response Kirtan chanting offered by Megan and Natalie, followed by a gentle cacao ritual to open the heart. We will drop in with kriya practice that integrates breath and gentle movement. From there, we’ll integrate with an immersive sound journey, allowing the body to receive the wisdom of the heart.

We’ll close in a small sharing circle to create space for integration and reflection.
Anima Mundi will be serving blue lotus to support the deepening of the journey.
