SOUNDBATHS

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive meditative experience that uses specifically curated frequencies to invite gentle yet deep journey inward. Soundbaths promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, stress, and can help us restore harmony in our nervous system, physical, emotional and energetic bodies.

During a soundbath, participants are invited to lie down or sit in a reclined and comfortable position, while the practitioner plays a variety of sacred instruments ranging from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, tuning forks and many more! The goal is to use curated sounds to create a relaxing, meditative experience for participants.

Anyone can benefit from soundbaths! We not only experience sound audibly; we also experience sound through skin and bone conduction, as well as in our energetic bodies.
