Candlelit Yin + Sound Bath

Targeting the deepest tissues of the body, this restorative class helps you fully relax with slow-paced, therapeutic postures. Poses are held from 1-3 minutes at a time. The time spent in these postures is much like the time spent in meditation, as the mind shifts from active to passive. We will end the practice in an extended Savasana with the soothing sounds of crystal alchemy bowls to support deepening and peace.
